Full battery showing as empty

I have 4 cameras, 3 show as full batteries. The last shows as drained, then a minute later says I need to replace my batteries. Anybody got ideas for why one camera is draining or not accepting batteries?

first I would try to put the batteries that drained quickly into another cam to see if really drained.

If not, it could be they could have been put in wromg, not seated properly or cam has dirty contacts

 

If batteries really drained, it could be either cam is defective or something is preventing a clean signal between cam and base station so continually trying to reestablish connection draining the battery.  could be too far away, walls killing signal or some other wifi device breaking signal.

 

This of course assumes batteries were good to begin with.
