From my update i can not see my devices in the app

  • @@good day for everybody .  I have a question please. Since I updated my arlo 4 months ago approx, I can't see any devices on my cell phone.  I already told my husband not to update his app and therefore he can see all the cameras from his cell phone, as I saw them before.  What can I do to have my arlo app like before again?  I have already tried to restart the app, add the cameras and nothing.  .  When I update, I could see the motion notifications but I was never able to access them from my cell phone.  Currently I can't look at anything, only the app with its titles that is for the better but for me it did not working

My type of arlo has the button up and I think it is the essential type.

Hi @Maritta,


Can you specify where you want your devices to be seen? Are you talking about the settings menu or the dashboard? If you want to see your cameras (and live stream) on the main page of your app, you can add widgets for your Arlo devices by clicking the "+" icon.
