Is there anyway to force a complete reinstall of the firmware? I'm pretty sure my problem is software based.

Last night, my Arlo, in a disarmed state went from 86% to now 8% after having to do a battery-reset .... again. There is clearly a bad process or series of errors happening that's draining my battery. the Arlo camera felt warm to the touch, as well (i.e. high cpu usage).

Logs? Debugging? Something???

I feel my firmware update went awry. And now I need to get it fixed...

HW Version: H7
Firmware: 1.090.0.0_9945

The only option we ( as end users have ) is the factory reset of the base ( hold reset for ten sec + )

We can't back grade or manual install the fw.

The best option you have is above.... hold in the reset for 10 secs or so, the front leds will flash amber,  then let the base reboot.

You may have to resync the cameras

The rest of the cameras is really just a power down then up.

( there was a method for a bricked camera, but don't think or know if it still works and prob doesn't apply anyway )

If there are any logs, you have to let Netgear know before you reset/reboot as they will be wiped...so contact Support with a trouble ticket first and use this as a fall back in case of no answers

As a PS... there is the possiblity af a defect too.
