First time set up

Help!

I thought Arlo is supposed to be easy to setup and the app is still 'discovering device' for the last 15 mins! Can someone please help me?I have connected the cable to my router. It shows orange light at the router and I press reset and sync for 15 seconds and nothing is happening! So frustrated!!! PLEASE HELP ME ...

Try just the reset button. You no longer use the sync button in conjunction - that was the old method.

Were you able to get the system set up after holding the reset button until all LEDs flash amber? Also be sure the device you are using to go through set up is on the same network as the base station. Please let us know if you're still having trouble.
