Firmware upgrade VMC3030, VMB3010r2

I have a VMB3010r2   Firmware 1.11.9.0_26520  This base stations restarts many times a day.  I have reset it to factory and power cycled it many times. Before I throw the thing in the trash, is there a way to download new firmware on my PC and install it using the USB ports in the back of the unit?
