So I called and they told me it’s in there end and Will updated when problem resolved. Been 2 weeks not able to access camera. Said wasn’t ok They told me ... ok. So new security system with no access. Grrrrr think I should return it

Often times a firmware update will fail because of low or depleted batteries or poor signal strength. Have you tried moving the camera close to the base station, replacing the batteries and leaving the camera overnight to see if you still experience an issue?

Yes. Been doing these things for 2 weeks now. They told me the issue was on Thier end. Ugh
