Firmware Update Timing Change

I hate that the firmware always updates at 4:00 am.  The flashing lights have woken me up 2 times in the past week.  I know I can manually update.  But I want Arlo to send me an email before this is happens.  Or how can I change the time it updates automatically?

I just put black electrical tape over my lights . it doesnt affect the base and gets rid of the blinking lights
