I'm unable to use my cameras because of an infinite loop in the firmware update alert.
In the menu My Devices->Camera, at the bottom of the page, under Firmware I see I have version 1.2.2688, and text tells me "Update is available". I click Update, and I see the warning, "Are you sure you want to update to 1.2.4941? I click Update again.
After about a minute, the update finishes, and... the firmware version is still at 1.2.2688. Each time, the process is the same.
I do have motion detection turned off. Using Mac OS X Yosemite.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

After turning the camera on/off, the base station on/off, and motion detection off, I moved the camera closer to the base station. No joy. Then, I decided to keep clicking Update, to see whether it was a stuck valve. Finally, after going through this cycle a half dozen times, it "took". Next time, I'll just keep clicking.

No guarantee but you can try opening and closing the battery door - perhaps that will help.
