Can't set up wifes Samsung S7 on Arlo to accept her fingerprint for login. Arlo setting is set to ON

Are you setting up Arlo for the first time on are you adding her device as a shared user?

 

If you are adding her as a shared user account, have you follow the instructions here: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?

She was added already but can't add to getting. She uses fingerprint to open pho e. We also turned on this on Arlo app.

I'm not understanding the issue. Are you getting an error message when trying to login with fingerprint? If so, what error message are you seeing?
