Files deleted

Hi.

All my older files are gone/deleted 😞

I have never deleted them, never used more then max 70Mb og total 1Gb storage.

Anyone knowing whats happning?

It depends on you plan of service... 7days for storage basic, 30 or 60 days time for higher plans. Doesn't matter if you don't max out the storage space

Basic/free allows files to stay for 7 days and then auto deletes to the RECYCLE bin 

Once in the recycle bin they stay for at least 7 days ( tho I've seen it much longer ) before house-keeping by netgear deletes them

So,  go and look in your recyle bin, if the files you need are there then restore and download.

In future always d/l those you want to save
