File videos lost

I have had the original Arlo cams installed for nearly two years... With the recent software upgrades, I continue to lose videos from the 7 day video file. Yesterday I had 20 to 30 videos, yet today there are 'no recordings' for yesterday. This is not a one time occurrence - is there an explanation for this, along with a cure?

Did you have 20-30 recordings in your library and they're not there today? Or did you get 20-30 notifications and you checked today to find no recordings?

Are all of your rules set to record on motion detection?

Occasionally, my smartthings integration creates a mode and the rules for that mode tell cameras to do nothing but send a notification. Just checking this isn't the case with your system
