Favorites Being deleted???

Netgear, i had marked several videos as Favorites about 2 weeks ago. I have the Premier plan that allows up to 30 days of cloud recording. I checked the app today and i see that my marked favorites are gone???  Aren't i supposed to be able to mark any movie as favorites as long as my storage does not fill up?

Favorites is just a viewing filter. It doesn't save anything. If it's important to you, download it.
