This deals with the Arlo cameras....

Sereral others and I have in the past and present gottone false triggers very shortly after turning on / arming the cameras. This is not a totaly new topic but I may have narrowed it fdown a bit.

I noticed today about 10-20 secs after arming the arlo INDOOR cameras, 1 triggered off. So I checked it out and it was as before a brightly lit room with light coming in thru a large window.  After about 20 mins a second and later a third camera went off.

In all cases the problem that prob triggered the camera was change s in light except the first camera... I think what may happen with that is the camera PIR senses the high amount of light and then sorts of 'settles down' in armed mode... in doing so it sees a change and triggers

The other cameras are all a problem of light changing on the wall/floors... now the pir may not trigger by light but the sunlight may be heating same causing some sort of ir to trigger ( as it only happens in the am when light is coming in thru those windows )

Anyway, nothing really new, just in case its happening to you. I could lower the sense, but I'd rather have a few fake triggers and get 100% of people walking in the areas.
