I have an indoor Arlo security camera. I don't know what the model type is. It just stopped working. i'm trying to figure out whether it is no longer serviced and has reached its end of life. I do have a serial number, though, if anyone could help me determine if it's fixable or a goner? Serial number# A4E333KC001F1.

The original Q camera is still working here with no issues. Even though it's on the EOL list, that doesn't prevent it from working - there just won't be updates or official support. The newer Essential cameras aren't on the list and have support/updates.
