Exchanging 2 set system for 3, how will it affect current account?

Hi Happy Holidays all!

I have been using Arlo for the past week and it has been good. I want to expand coverage around my house and plan to return my current two set system to the retail store and exchange it for a 3 set system instead.

1) How does this affect my current account?

 

2) How do you clear personal data on current system/base station?

 

3) Anything else I should be aware of or do when returning current system to exchange for new one?

You will be able to use your existing account with the new system. You will need to deactivate the original system and then add the new system to your account. After the new system is added you will be able to sync cameras as you did with the first system.
