Essential Spotlight Camera VMC2030 app will not work

The camera's live will not work on the app. It just keeps saying connecting and then goes back to the play button after a few mins and when I cant see it on my app i go to the website to check and it says "live streaming is currently being used on another device" when no one else is on the live. Aside that, we paid for the save feed and its not even saving any of the feeds or sending notifications. This is an on and off thing (more on than off issue) which does not seem right considering we pay monthly for the services. I have gone through every troubleshoot arlo has recommended and have even googled other possibilities of other settings or apps that could be interfering with the arlo app. When i tried to use chat to fix the issue it just takes me in circles. At this point i'm close to giving up on the whole plan and camera and seeking other possibilities.
