Hi I brauche dringend Hilfe bitte.

Ich benutze die (zur Zeit noch kostenlose) Arlo App. Ich habe meine essential outdoor camera auf meinen briefkasten gerichtet. Am 23.Mai muss jemand (mal wieder) an meinem briefkasten gewesen sein um ein Paket zu klauen. Leider fehlen ganz viele Aufnahmen von dem tag. Wie kann das sein. Der postbote wird nicht angezeigt, der dieb auch nicht. Wie komme ich an die bilder. Bitte um schnelle Hilfe. Vielen Dank! Anna

How far away from the camera is the mailbox? What is the motion detection sensitivity setting? Remember that motion detection for people is out to ~8 meters or so but can be less. You would need to test the detection settings yourself to maximize the capability. You may need to move the camera, if possible, to a different location that has motion occurring from side to side rather than directly at the camera.
