All of a sudden I am unable to login to our account from my phone. My husband is able to from his phone. We have tried turning phone off/on , deleting the app and reloading, and changing the password. I still get the message invalid factor error. We have always been able to both access our cameras as long as we didn’t do it on the same time. All of a sudden, now mine doesn’t work.

Have just had a similar problem, logging in timeout with factor error.
Had to switch off wifi connection on mobile to use cellular data. Logged in ok then switch back to wifi and working again.
