Error 5018 Account has been Archived??

I have been trying for 4 days to upgrade my Arlo account to host 11 cameras, when I try to upgrade through the app there is no option and when I sign in online it tells me I cannot upgrade because my account has been archived. I used the chat option the first day the issue popped up and after 25 minutes the tech called me and took my credit card info and hung up. I then called back and was on the line for 47 minutes to which the tech responded he couldn’t figure out how to upgrade my account either. He told me they would find a solution within 48 hours and contact me yet no response. After 4 days you would think they would want to find a way to take my money and I’m really frustrated as I now have cameras I just cannot access. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!!

Are you sure you're entering all of your credit card information correctly? At any point were you seeing a different error message?

 

Make sure you're entering all credit card information correctly and try again.
