I will never recommend an Arlo product again!! I spent over $500 on what I thought was going to be a wonderful product. Now I’m being told the product has an end of life. I can’t even reach a representative to get some information. Subscribers have priority for live support. Do you think this is going to help sell your product when consumers can’t speak to someone to get information about your services? Your business model is very lacking in customer service and support.
