Email confirmation problems

When logging in, the system asks me to confirm my email to receive alerts. Each time I do so, the system tells me an email has been sent to me. I receive no emails, cannot proceed beyond the login page and cannot see any images from my cameras. It is infuriating that this company has no proper online or telephone support. And before anyone asks, of course i have checked my junk folder.

Did you ever find an answer to this problem?  We are having the same problem, we got the e-mail confirmation but it is incomplete so it doesn't allow us to confirm.

It sounds like something on the device could be causing the e-mail to open incorrectly. Consider opening the e-mail with a different browser or device to see if you get the same results.
