Doorbell and backyard camera no recordings

We have the doorbell (single program) added a backyard camera, trial ended, now do not have any recorded videos from doorbell camera for 2 days. Why? Thanks!

The first things to check are your modes and rules. Any mode without a rule for the camera means the camera is Disarmed.
