Arlo|Smart Home Security|Wireless HD Security Cameras

Don't have the same phone or email - can't verify account. Please help

We have arlo wireless cameras, it was connected to my phone but we got new internet and it disconnected, we don't have that email or iphone any longer and i can't get it to change email or phone to verify account and get in.  Please help.  So frustrated.      Even this post says it will "email" me when someone replies.  But it will go to an email we cannot access.   Please email me at

One of the mods - @BrookeN@JamesC , @ShayneS - should be able to help you reach support.  That might not happen during the weekend though.

 

My general advice is to get an email address that is not locked to your ISP, and then use that for your account credentials.  If you keep the same phone number, then add SMS as an authentication method for your Arlo account.

 

But you cannot do this until you regain access.
