The Pro (VMC4030) connects only to an Arlo hub on a closed WiFi network. Arlo hasn't disclosed any details about that network - and you cannot connect to it using a different device. So unfortunately we don't know how they handle authentication.

According to the genetec compatible devices page, the arlo vnc4030 (I’m assuming this is a typo on their page and should be vmc4030) is a supported device. My issue is not knowing if it will meet the requirements for security in my network. Is there any way to contact the company and find out?

It doesn't connect to your WiFi. It connects to a VMBxxxx base that is in turn connected to your network with ethernet.
I'm tagging a mod ( @JamesC) in case he can help, but I don't think Arlo will tell you what you want to know.
One alternative is to isolate the base (for instance, putting it on its own VLAN).
FWIW, this is a legacy camera that is end-of-life.

There is no further information that we can provide that StephenB didn't already say.

That’s unfortunate. I think pairing your cameras with genetec would be lucrative. Power plants like mine need a battery powered camera that works with our software.
