Does either the Arlo or Arlo Pro work without being connected to the internet on just a local wi-fi network?

Both the Arlo and the Arlo Pro need a connection for the base unit to the Internet via Ethernet. The cameras will not connect to yr home wifi.

Both the Arlo and the Arlo Pro need a connection for the base unit to the Internet via Ethernet. The cameras will not connect to yr home wifi.
