So, I have been using ARLO for about one and a half years now, and it has been running fine up until now. Today, I tried to go on ARLO app, and look at live stream, and all it came up were it telling me to go on support.arlo.com. It also was disconnected, and I found out the batteries are dead. Next thing I know, after I replaced my batteries with better ones, I find out that it will always disconnected every once a week it would do that. The batteries would also go dead, and when I try to connect it, the camera would flash blue, and the router would flash green for all of the bottom tabs. I thought that meant it connected but it wasn’t. I have been trying today for four hours now, and it still won’t work. Everything is set up fine and right, but it just won’t run. What should I do to troubleshoot it, and how do I prevent it from doing that in the future??!! Thanks

What are the LED status lights displaying now? Is it currently disconnected? Have you tried to reboot the base station? How many cameras are giving you this issue?

Right now it is not blinking, the camera was just connected yesterday, and we have rebooted it, but it doesn't work right still. It is only ONE camera doing this issue.
