Dewarping a picture

Hey everyone! I'm trying to find out if anyone knows of any software that can during live feed dewarp the image, or if a photo is captured it can dewarp after.

 

Currently one of the cameras is set up at a business entrance, every vehicle that passes through will get recorded / have a snapshot taken for record, but when we go back and look at who has enetered the facility, all of the cars are bubbled, they don't look natural, is there any way to fix this?
