All devices and bases show offline and cannot see live view in devices screen.

They are recording and playable under the Library tab.

Looking for a fix

Exactly what base station(s) (look for the label under the base for VMBxxxx) and cameras (the original wireless cameras use 4 CR123 batteries but for the others remove the battery and look for the label that shows VMCxxxx)? I'd wager you're using Pro 2 or older cameras but we need to be sure.

Also, what have you tried and what do you see? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried using a computer browser to access the web client (my.arlo.com)?
