I monitor two Arlo Q cameras, and 16 Arlo Pro 2 cameras - the Pros running through their base station.Usually I control through my iPhone App, the browsers on my Mac still having months long incompatibilities with Arlo.com.

Today I was startled to find that I could not bring up ANY camera. All were displaying 'Device not connected' for the Arlo Q cameras, and 'Your base station is offline' for the Arlo Pro 2 cameras. Under the 'My Devices' screen all were displaying "Offline' for each of the Arlo Q and Pro 2 Base Stations.

I could not get the Arlo iPhone App to logout, so I could not get a browser to come up. Finally I simply turned off the iPhone, then restarted it - and to my surprise, all Base Stations and Cameras came back up working on by iPhone App.

Another data point for the Arlo software developers.

A force stop of the app and then reopening it usually has the same result.
