Deleting footage for admin/access rights user?

Does deleting footage as a user with access rights also delete footage for the admin owner? Or can only the admin owner delete footage? Seems to be some videos missing from my library! Want to know if other flatties are removing footage...

Anyone that deletes a video causes the actual file to be gone for everyone.

Users with access rights cannot delete footage.  At least that right is not listed here:
