Deleted settings then lost connection to cameras

Hi I recently bought your system and it was working for about 8 days. I was looking on my IPad app and accidently deleted the settings. I then lost all camera connections. I have tried to resync the cameras and per the process they should be linked but no camera pictures come up. I have the power light, the internet light and the camera light on. But no connection to the cameras. Is there something I missed or do I need to start a new account or what.

Welcome to the community! Could you please clarify what you mean when you say you accidentally deleted the settings? It sounds like you may have tapped the deactivate button under "base station settings", in which case you would need to add the base station back to the account. If this is what happened please consider the following steps:

 

1. Log in to your existing account.

2. Navigate to "settings".

3. Click "subscription".

4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Add a Base Station".

5. The base station serial number will populate, select your time zone and click continue.

 

From here you can start syncing cameras back to the base station.
