Please delete my account. I don't have a settings or privacy option mentioned in any of the self service support threads.

Note this is a user-to-user forum.  The mods might help.

 

If you have a subscription, then I suggest canceling that first.  If the subscription is reasonably close to the payment date,  I suggest keeping the account until after that date (making sure you are not incorrectly billed before you delete the account).

 

You should see the settings in the KB article.  Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu?  Or do you instead see "Library"?

And I suggest keeping your account open for some time after cancelling the subscriptions. Numerous reports on here about users fraudulently being charged, even months after they cancelled. If you don't have a paid subscription or are confident that you'll not be charged anymore, then you should be able to delete your account from within the Arlo app: in Feed, it's 'Privacy Centre'.

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
