Hello,

Auto recorded videos from my Arlo system are taking a long time to show up in the library on he iOS app. It seems like this has been a known issue for a long time. Is there a fix for this? My base station and the cameras were updated with the latest firmware when I setup the system a few weeks back. Manual recordings do not have this issue. I do get the iOS notification about motion detected immediately, however the library does not show the recordings. I ended up calling the cops yesterday on a family member because of this issue since I couldn't see who was in my home.

Thanks.

I don't see this on my end... but what phone and OS are you using... ?

Also in these cases, it is always a good option to UN-install the app and RE install it on your phone to make sure it is glitch free.

Also make sure all the cameras and base unit have  the latest software.

I updated the firmware to the latest the day I setup the system. I checked again today and there are no updates available. I also reinstalled the app on my iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 10.

It is still happening with me. The video recorded today in the morning around 7:30 showed up in the library more than 3 hours later.

Does this happen on wifi connection or data to the phone??

Either way , I might drop a line to Netgear Support via email to see what they say about it

It happens on both wifi as well as cellular data. I thought that netgear monitors this forum. Don't they?

Yes... they do, BUT you'l get a quicker response by putting in a report directly.  ( the forum is mostly users helping users )

prasadkini,

I have not been able to reproduce this issue. Is this only happening via iOS or do you see the same behavior as well when using the web client?

Are you still seeing this behavior?

It is still happening for most of the videos. It does occasionally post the video immediately.

What is the web client URL?
