Day light Saving time

My clock is off by 1 hour since the time in my zone has changed - Is it possible to have Bermuda time or Atlantic Standard time, as a selection choice we are 1 hour ahead of EST.

I'm also having hard time setting time.  I am unable to set timer to end day at 11:59pm.  It will not let me go past 10:59pm.  All of my start times have rolled up one hour
