This is a user-to-user forum, and not Arlo support.

Are you using CVR?  

If not, are you seeing these recordings in your Library/Feed?  If you are, then you can download them from there.  If there no recordings, then there is nothing Arlo can provide.

If you are using CVR, then I think you need to make screen recordings on the phone or PC.  Though you could try Arlo support (via the support center in the app) and see if Arlo can get help.
