How do I talk to a live body?????  I have a plan, but when I try to log in the code is allegedly texted to my cell phone but I receive a message that the number is not recognized.  I’m in an endless do-loop with no way out!  I’m beyond frustrated and may drop the plan and switch to a competitor

If you are in North America, then you could try 1-877-427-5680 6:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. PST

That number was just set up, and doesn't require an Arlo subscription.
