Customer service like you see on late night:  wait, request a call back, wait, get transferred to another agent, describe the problem 10 different ways so the person at the other end can fill out their questionnaire, wait for him to contact his boss, describe the problem again, wait for him to talk to his boss, listen to the inane reason why they cannot help you.  And, of course there is the horrible musac.  If your blood pressure doesn't go up 20 points, you're not human.   This was the worst customer service since talked with Hewlett Packard's.  0 points out of 100.
