Just wondering if any of you guys can help me
I have arlo wireless system with 4 cameras.
I'm trying to create a mode with 4 cameras individualy recording on movment and a extra rule that camera 4 records on camera 3's motion aswell.
when i try an add this 5th rule (rule 1-4 being cameras individually record) an save, rule 1-4 disappear and i am only left with rule 5.
Is there a minimum of one rule per camera?
Or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Joel

This shouldn't happen. You should be able to create multiple rules per trigger camera. This was enabled in a recent system update. Before, one could only define one recording camera per trigger camera. Make sure you have your system updated to the latest version. What are you base station and camera version numbers?

Perhaps more to the point, what device are you using to do this? I have an open ticket for issues creating multiple rules on Android. Browser works fine although I haven't tried that many rules.

I have a similar problem, using Arlo Wire-free base station with 3 cameras, controlled via PC running windows 10. The FW version of the base is 1.7.5_6178, and the FW version of the cameras is 1.2.4941.
When Camera A senses motion, I want both it and Camera B to record videos. I attempted to achieve this by stipulating 2 rules:
1. If Camera A senses motion, Camera B records.
2. If Camera A senses motion, Camera A records.
However, the system will not obey both rules. The second appears to override the first.

This nesting/stacking of rules hasn't work well ( or as well as before I should say ) since the big SW update in late dec -2015.
But maybe a tips... make sure the camera record times are set the same, I've seen this mess things if not
