Greetings
(Unfortunately when I try to email support I get an error message!)
I now have 7 cameras and Premier Support
I notice that, from time to time, my recordings stutter, break up and distort and even occasionally 'get stuck'
Unfortunately i can't seem to be able to attach an example.. it says 'Invalid file type .MP4'

This could be due to poor signal strength or interference. Do you see the same behavior from all cameras or is it specific cameras that produce these results?
Relocating your base station or cameras (avoiding physical obstacles and other WiFi devices) so that they are closer could help as this would strengthen the signal between the devices.
