Constant Amber light on camera and won't sync

I have two cameras and use them for year and more. I changed batteries today.. One camera sync as regular, but the other have constant amber light and little bit of infra red (night) light and cannot connect or sync. I changed batteries and put new ones but problem remains. 

When I put cover on batteries blue light is on for 2 seconds (together with infra red light on camera) than this blue light turn to amber.

On computer is written "it's time to change your batteries". But, I put same batteries in other device and it is 100%....What went wrong with my camera?

I suspect you have a bad camera.  Open a case with support to see what may be able to be done for you.
