Connecting using hotspot

I just purchased a alro camera system and it is needing a line run drone the router to my base station through an Ethernet cable. Where I live the only option for fast internet is via an AT&T hot spot. Is there any way to connect the hot spot to the base station. Help please

If you get a wifi range extender, you can plug the base into that and it can connect to your mobile hotspot
