Hello,
When I researched Arlo, I loved everything about it and specifically that it could integrate with my Apple HomeKit. I selected 'Build a Bundle' which gives you they Keypad hub by default. I got all the equipment and setup has been a breeze. I am now trying to integrate with HomeKit and when I go to support. it appears that this requires a different type of hub. Why would the Website highlight HomeKit integration but when you build a system, it gives you a hub that doesn't work with HomeKit ?
Does this mean I am going to have to purchase a different hub? None of this was mentioned on the Website or during the ordering process.
Just wondering what my course of action should be since I can't seem to contact a human begin.
