Hi guys,

I seem to be unable to stop the motion detection at all on the camera's individually. When I try, it will not save the changes. Any ideas or help guys. I'm on my ios phones app.

Try it off a computer web browser. The iOS app has been a bit unreliable for a while but I thought they'd fixed it

There's two ways to do this - 1) use the Mode tab and select the Disarmed mode or 2) use Settings, My Devices and individually select your cameras to use the On/Off toggle.  Which are you trying to do?

It's u der the mode, when I try and create a new mode, when you can select the disarm check mark, or at least should be able to uncheck it, it does not allow it. Ideas?

You're trying too hard. 🙂

Any camera with no rule is disarmed. Just don't include a rule for any camera to be disarmed in your new mode.
