New to Arlo - Have two quick questions, Standard Arlo camera -
I tried to change my length of time to record during motion dection to 120 sec but it keeps jumping back to 10 sec, it that because I need to upgrade my cloud storage????
Is there a standard distance for the motion dection to turn on, like 3 to 7 feet at 100% sensitivity????

1) Be sure to save after making the changes. Change the slider, use Back and then Save. In some cases you not only have to save the rule but also the mode. Always look for a save selection at the top or bottom of the screen as you back out.
2) Motion detection range varies widely, not just by the sensitivity setting but also by distance, the direction of motion, how much scene the sensor sees, etc. It's best to limit what the camera sees to only what's actually important, have the motion across the FOV, not directly at the camera, starting near an edge. That way you may be able to get as much as 20 feet but it all depends. Post screenshots for suggestions.

Thank you, I forgot to write I was adjusting the length of time from my computer, I did see a little check mark at the end of the sliding scale and after I hit the check mark it saved.

Do you mean it's now correct? If not, make sure you save the rule one level back, too.
