Closing account fee?

We sold her home and left the camera system for the new owners. I called to close my account and was told it would be a $99 fee?! I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor. The lady said one would call me back. They never did. I said I wanted to see the documents that I signed agreeing to a $99 fee emailed to me. They never sent one. I asked if this fee applied no matter how long I had Arlo service and was told it didnt matter. I said even for one hundred years?! She said yes the fee still applies. Fortunately I was able to go into my account and change it from the $10 a month level to the free level. Unbelievable how bad the service is. This is the #1 reason I wont get Arlo in my new house.

I bet you didn't actually talk to Arlo using the Contact Support button at the bottom here and again on the new page. All you really need to do is to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices which frees them up for the new owners to claim as if they had just purchased it from a store.
