Chime2 not connecting

I cannot conect my chime2. I scan the QR code, plug in the device, the white light slowly flashes, hit continue and nothing happens. I tried resetting the doorbell,  the chime keeps the same slow flashing when I hit it, to lead to the same effect. 

Contacting support through the app hasn't worked, that's another essay.

Make sure your SSID and password don't have spaces or special characters.

I try resetting the chime, when I hold the reset button it just turns of the flashing while I'm holding it, and goes back to the same slow flashing. What's an SSID?

SSID password has numbers, but no special characters.

It's the name of your wifi network.

@ACcamera were you able to get the Chime 2 to connect to the account? Also, if not what type of device are you using to set up the Chime 2?

Phone support reached out to me, we didn't get it to sync with the phone, bu.t had gotten it working with my old tab s6 lite tablet.
