Changed batteries for Arlo Wire-Free camera but doesn't work?

I have the Arlo VMS3430-100..i have had it for 8 months...just had to change batteries..Now I cant get them to work. Always says need to replace batteries...can anyone help!!!

Open and remove batteries.... Replace and verify battery placement is correct.

 

If still NG and able , test batteries. They should be 3.2v if OEM none rechargeables
