I cannot find a place in my settings to change the phone number where my Arlo sends text alerts to. M filmware no. is 1.12.0.1_27940. Help.

It has never sent text messages - they are push notifications similar to what other apps use to your notification bar. Push notifications will show on any phone that has the app installed with all permission allowed.
