Certificate does not state Smoke or Fire Detection

The certificate does not state smoke or fire detection checked.  This is needed for the insurance company and will not be accepted without Fire/Smoke selected.  Your 24/7 service states it is monitored.  Why does the certificate not state is is monitored.

The certificate does in fact have fire/smoke detection on it. Can you please send me a screenshot of the certificate you are seeing. You can send that to me via dm. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
