Cant sync base station

I have tried many times to sync my base station, also did a factory reset.  It still keeps saying not synced.  the internet LED on the base station is solid green but then will randomly blink a few times and then go back solid again.  Any suggestions?

The normal LED for internet is green with blinking green when the base is in contact with the server at the far end.

 

If you mean you can't sync the cameras... try a QUICK press on the base sync button and a sec or so later the cam button

( holding to long desn't work )
